Swagga Inc Recipient Of The Best Dance Group Award @ The 2011 New England Urban Music Awards
INTRODUCTION
Dear Friends of Swagga,
I hope you will find this information to be as interesting as the individuals that makeup Swagga Inc. Swagga Inc was founded by Justin Hughes and
Co-Founder and CEO Kaili turner on January 12, 2007. Over the course of this time our company has spiraled into a realm of popularity.
We have been on a long journey of getting in the ears and plain sight of those that are willing to join, help, and support our cause. In order to help in this endeavor we've decided to became a non-profit organization complete with five board members, three upper management roles, a director of education and several professional choreographers. We believe in inclusion and collaboration. Swagga believes that community is important and to ensure all of our youth members meet Swagga's standards they must adhere to the following core values; Precision, Professionalism, Empowerment, and Mentor-ship which helps us maintain our determination and drive for excellence. As of now we are a company of 17 dancers strong ages 5-35 years old that derive from different demographics in the city of Boston. As a company we strive to point our children and teens on a path to where their choices are infinite. Each core value pertains to an aspect of a child or teens life which enables Swagga Inc. to better serve each individuals needs.
We have done performances in and outside the Boston area and are always looking for ways to expand our artistic horizon and extend a hand to anyone who enjoys true entertainment. Our genres of dance taught include; Afro-Jazz, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap, African, Ballet, Krump, and House. We are currently expanding our company each day with the hopes of being friend and/ or partner in entertainment.
Sincerely,
Swagga Inc
